This notice explains what the website and our lead forms collect when you request a cleaning and how that information is used.

Information collected

The booking form asks for your name, phone number, service address, selected cleaning, trash day, and any optional note you add. The site may also record ad or campaign details attached to your visit.

If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may prefill and send the contact information you choose to submit, such as your full name, phone number, and email address. The form and Meta may also record the campaign or ad connected to your request.

Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights may collect basic device, page-use, and performance information. Cloudflare Turnstile may process your IP address and basic browser or device signals to confirm that a booking request was submitted by a person.

How it is used

Respond to your request and provide cleaning options.
Provide the requested service and keep necessary business records.
Understand website performance, advertising results, and errors.

Request follow-up

Submitting this form does not enroll you in automated text messages. Your contact information is used to respond to your cleaning request. Previously recorded consent and opt-out history is retained without being changed by this form.

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, human verification, email and text-message delivery, mapping, calendar availability, analytics, advertising, and performance monitoring. Meta Platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, may process information to display lead ads, prefill permitted contact fields, and deliver information you choose to submit. You can review Meta's Privacy Policy. Personal information is not sold or rented.

Retention and choices

Booking information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide service, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your booking information by emailing dash@dashstrashcancleaning.com or through the website form. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business-record purposes.
